\nO Projeto Obesidata \u00e9 composto por uma plataforma de estudo e conhecimento cient\u00edfico sobre a problem\u00e1tica da obesidade, que tem por base a recolha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de indiv\u00edduos, os seus h\u00e1bitos alimentares e os seus h\u00e1bitos de actividade f\u00edsica ou sedentarismo.\u00a0Os dados recolhidos s\u00e3o alvo de estudos cient\u00edficos avan\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n

Este\u00a0projecto tem como um dos seus principais objectivos, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova plataforma que consiga promover o aumento do conhecimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral sobre as melhores formas de combater a obesidade, por via da correcta alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e dos bons h\u00e1bitos de actividade f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n

\nNa importante miss\u00e3o de promover melhores n\u00edveis de conhecimento sobre a problem\u00e1tica da obesidade, o Projeto Obesidata encontra nos seus parceiros estrat\u00e9gicos um caminho privilegiado para conseguir chegar \u00e0queles que s\u00e3o os primeiros e uns dos mais importantes destinat\u00e1rios de todo este trabalho: Os jovens em idade escolar (entre os 15 e os 18 anos de idade).<\/p>\n

\u00c9 atrav\u00e9s das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino\u00a0e do seu corpo docente que conseguimos estabelecer uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o mais directa com os jovens e transmitir-lhes toda a import\u00e2ncia que envolve o tema da obesidade.<\/p>\n

\nNa sequ\u00eancia do sucesso do Projeto Obesidata, o M\u00e9dico Dr. Jos\u00e9 Maria Tallon deu uma s\u00e9rie de Palestras em diversas escolas secund\u00e1rias por todo o Pa\u00eds. \u00c9 importante registar a enorme ades\u00e3o de alunos e professores a estas Palestras, uma vez que em todas as escolas os audit\u00f3rios estiveram cheios para ouvir com aten\u00e7\u00e3o as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e conselhos dados por este especialista no tratamento da Obesidade.<\/p>\n

No final de cada Palestra, todos os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de colocar as suas d\u00favidas e quest\u00f5es, tornando assim ainda mais rico o resultado destas iniciativas.<\/p>\n
